Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program Information for State of Nevada Vendors
The State of Nevada, Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, has entered into a new participating agreement with GuideSoft Inc. dba Knowledge Services (Knowledge Services) to continue as the Managed Services Provider (MSP) for IT Staff Augmentation under contract 99SWC-NV25-21690.
Under this contract, the Knowledge Services MSP program is referred to as "NVMSP." Knowledge Services as the MSP will manage the State of Nevada’s IT Staff Augmentation to ensure consistent and streamlined processes, on-boarding compliance, improved resource quality and business intelligence.
As part of its MSP solution, Knowledge Services utilizes the dotStaff™ system to optimize and manage the contingent labor process. Through this platform, open competition assures vendor equality and fair access to business opportunities.

Vendor Registration
To participate as an IT staff augmentation vendor for the State of Nevada, please complete each of the steps listed below, being careful to follow the corresponding instructions.
Once your completed documents have been reviewed and accepted, your company will be added to the State of Nevada vendor list to receive requisitions. More information regarding the NVMSP program can be found below.
The program is managed by our State of Nevada program team. Any specific program questions should be directed to the program team and they will respond as soon as possible.

Step 1: Master Services Agreement (MSA)
Master Services Agreement (MSA) IT Staff Augmentation
Use the link above to access the MSA for IT staff augmentation. This link will guide you through the necessary information needed in the MSA. Once the required fields are completed and submitted, the MSA will be sent directly to Knowledge Services.
Please Note: No redline requests will be accepted for this agreement. All MSAs must be submitted electronically through the link above. The MSA document will time out after an extended period of time. Once all content is reviewed, please refresh the document before completing.

Step 2: Certificate of Insurance (COI)

At the time of MSA submission, you must attach a Certificate of Insurance naming the Client as Additional Insured and the Certificate Holder, in accordance with the coverage limits outlined in the MSA document. Failure to do so will prevent your company from being added to the NVMSP program vendor list. Please reference the sample certificate for the standard insurance requirements for the State of Nevada.

Step 3: W-9 Form

In addition to the COI, a W-9 form must be completed, signed, and attached to the MSA at the time of submission.
